Tops Choice Hamburgers in Pensacola

Delicious burgers and fries in the Pensacola area. No weird hours, food shortages, or dress codes either making them more dependable than other local burger places in the area lol. I don’t think I’ve ever not seen this place NOT busy.

Small simple place, but some of the tastiest burgers anywhere.

Fantastic burgers, fast service, excellent prices. The burgers are well cooked and seasoned, juicy and delicious. The fries are crisped up just right.

Super solid take on burgers and dogs! Fries are always fresh. Don't go for the looks, just go for the food. Chicago dogs and fries are my go-to. Cash only, so go prepared.

Awesome burgers here. I don't think anyone would leave disappointed. Always fresh and tasty. I would definitely say they are one of the best burgers you could get around here. New to the area and heard from a lot of people to go here. Thanks for the recommendation Pensacola. One of my favorites.

A little apprehensive when I got here. The place looks a tad run down from the outside. Pressed on and I'm glad I did. The lady at the drive thru window was super nice. The burger was delicious. Fries were good if not a bit salty. Only regret is not getting a double. Single bacon cheeseburger and fries for less than 6 bucks! I'll be back for sure.

Cash only. No wonder this place is a staple in Pensacola. Driven by many times and finally stopped by. Well worth it. Big greasy burger that can cure any hangover and great French fries. I can’t say enough about this place. We will be going back very soon.

Good burgers and tots. If you go with the drive thru you either have to wait until you get to the window to order unless an employee is out taking extra orders. I always walk up to the window. It is worth waiting for.

Loved there burgers and fries, ask for salt and or bring your own condiments you like. Meat needed a little more salt/seasoning. Other than that filled you up tastes great. Would order from there again. Highly recommend you all to try it.

Tops is always on point with their hamburgers, I always know what quality and size burger I'm getting. They also have several other items to choose from and service is always fast and friendly. I have been enjoying these 3 locations for over 20 years and they always keep me coming back for more.

Wow, such a simple and straightforward place, best bang for your buck! They know how to make delicious burgers, however I would not recommend their chili cheese tots. If you're in Pensacola Beach, the locals are right, this is one of the best burgers spots!

Little hole in the wall place, no inside seating, crowd to the little window to order or go through drive-thru where someone will walk up to your car and write your order down then you pay when you get to the window an extremely reasonable cost for what your tastebuds are about to experience! Oh my word!!! This little place is focused entirely on delicious burgers, even have old-fashioned tots, greasy as ever :) Fantastic effort! Only downside is the closing time is whenever the meat runs out LOL!

You better know what you're getting. Put a napkin under the bag, that grease is getting through. This is an endorsement not a criticism.

Best locally owned fast food place this side of the Mississippi. There is a reason the lines are wrapped around the parking lot, and it's not the lack of an intercom. They work faster and harder than McDonalds with real ingredients. Every bite packs a mean punch of flavor that will have you salivating. If you see a brown paper bag with big, fresh grease spots, it's probably Tops.

Drove by for years before finally catching it open today. Got a double meat cheeseburger, and a pork BBQ. Great tasting old school burger, like I used to get from Mr. Fat's World Famous Fatburgers in Cahaba Heights as a kid. Will h.ave to taste the BBQ later, but it smelled great on the way homeNo issues with the staff, just know they always need $1 so bring your singles and tell all the strippers about the place!

I'm a professional chef a 40 plus years, This is Definitely the best greasy Burger in town. Family owned and run, The food is always hot and fresh, In the tots are great! For those that have negative commentary about the help, they're not there to stroke your ego, they're there to give you the best Burger in town! I've been coming here for years and should have commented before.

Probably the best burgers in the town. For a really low price you can get the best burger in your life :-) My favorite one is a beacon cheese burger. I get reccomandation to this place from one Uber driver. So I tried to buy some burger for a lunch and it was sooo god, that I go there at the evening to buy another two. Thank you for amazing burgers. I will definitely go there again soon.

This is a week review as I have eaten here everyday this week that they are open Monday thru Saturday and I even had two meals (lunch and dinner) on one of the days!!!!They have the best fries that I have ever had and the burgers are one of, if not the best burger I have ever had! Definitely the best burger in Pensacola!!!!The customer service and employees are so friendly!!!!This place is a top notch burger joint that I will be going too on a regular basis!!!! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!

One of the best places in pensacola to get a burger !!!! Hands down. Try to go around lunch time. There might be a line but it moves quick. I think there hours very. Online says open till 5 but when I stopped by at 3:30-4:00 they were closed. Get the double patty bacon cheeseburger. You will not be disappointed.

I was skeptical, but discovered this place has excellent burgers and fries. Drive-thru only, so we took everything to a park five blocks east on Cervantes at 10th Avenue so we could eat it while it was hot. I am thinking this is pretty much lunch only. Prices are reasonable: two of us ate for less than $10.

Well, I ordered my food and pulled up to the window. I handed a $ 10.00 bill to the girl and received change. Another girl stated that would be $6.42 for the food. I stated that I had already paid for the meal. She apparently checked around and then told me no one remembered me paying for the meal. I again stated that I had already paid and she said that no one "remembered" me paying. Well, I just drove off and circled the block. I found who I thought may be a manager - told him the story and he did not seem the least bit concerned. So I had to get to work so I left and I won't be back. Ever. Moral of the story would be make them give you a receipt.

This place is great and it shows in how many people pile in the drive through. The long lines do take a bit to get through, bit they do a good job to keep it moving.

I here about the burger so great. ! I pull up there is a line of cars. But they are closed ! It’s 12:00 on a Thursday afternoon ! Online Google said it’s open. This is not the first time I have been to this location and they decided not to open . BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE if you ask me !

Been hearing about the great burgers here for a very long time. Today we decided it was time to try them out. It was noon so the long line was to be expected. Did not expect it was cash only, so be prepared. Disappointed the drive thru server had a mask on but it was completely under her chin.The burger was a good greasy burger. The meat was a bit over cooked on the dry side, hence the 3 stars. We’ll try again sometime.
